Pour ceux qui vive Philippines, la chaîne qui diffuse prison break a lancé son concours pour la saison deux que je me suis référé à plusieurs pages en arrière. Le grand prix est une visite des studios prison break, et une rencontre avec Wentworth Miller lui-même.

Before Prison Break, we didn’t know Wentworth was a first name. We’re still not sure it is, so we’ll just call him “the tatooo guy”. Using the ink covering his arms and torso as a map, Michael Scofield (Miller) broke his wrongfully convicted brother, Lincoln Burrows (Dominic Purcell), and a few rightfully convicted stragglers out of maximum security. Can he still be the man with the plan on the outside ?

The Wave: Is Season Two going to be harder for you ?
Wentworth Miller : There is a great deal of running required, of course. We don’t have these leisurely scenes where we’re standing around the prison yard, talking about bolts. And it’s hot out. I am dropping a lot of the weight that I packed on up in Chicago, which is nice.

TW: Won’t people be confused if they turn on Prison Break and you’re not in prison?
WM: I did wonder, going into the second season, “Well, the show is called Prison Break. Prison is the big hook. It’s such an easy in. It’s so easily understandable, from an audience perspective. What happens now?” But the fact is, I think prison was just our launching pad. Now that we’ve really established who these characters are, we can take them anywhere. Who doesn’t want to see what T-Bag gets up to?

TW: Do you still have to have the tattoo?
WM: I think the tattoo will be a little bit lighter. I won’t be referencing the map part of it, certainly, but Michael has hidden codes, diagrams, names, numbers, symbols in the tattoo, that are only needed post-escape, so unfortunately for me, the tattoo is not going anywhere.

TW: How would you do in prison?
WM: Oh, I wouldn’t last five minutes. I talked with a lot of inmates who were working on our set as extras, playing inmates, oddly enough, and they would commonly refer to prison as Gladiator School. It sounds like a bloodthirsty business, and I’m sure I wouldn’t have lasted long.

TW: How do you like being a sex symbol?
WM: It can be a little bit strange, because any actor worth his salt wants to be respected for the work, first. But, I rationalize all that sex symbol stuff as a tribute to the character that I’m playing. The fact is, I look the same as I’ve looked for the last 10 or 15 years. My eyes aren’t suddenly a more compelling shade of green. So, it must have something to do with the character that I’ve created, and what’s going on behind the eyes.

WENTWORTH MILLER: "I DON'T HAVE TIME TO DATE"

Klick! was the only Swedish newspaper that got an exclusive interview with Wentworth Miller, 34, in Cannes.
When we meet him he is dressed in a stylish looking brownbeige slipover, dark grey shirt and jeans.
He's just as gorgeous in person as he is on TV, perhaps a bit shyer and a little skinnier. And yes, he is tall, 187 cm.

In "Prison Break" you are in love with the prison's doctor Sara. What is the woman of your dreams like in real life?
- She's actually very much like dr Sara. What I found most attractive in a woman is a sense of humour, style and self confidence. And Sara has all of that.
Are you still single and if so, what should a woman do to win your heart?
- Yes, I am. She would probably have to wait until the show finishes. But I'm really looking forward to experiencing a life with a wife and kids sometime in the near future.
Have you ever felt that it's not always a good thing to be so attractive like you are?
- Well, you can walk out from an audition and feel that you've really done your best and still don't get the part. In that situation it's very easy to come to certain conclusions, like that you weren't good enough, not goodlooking enough, or maybe TOO goodlooking.
You said once that the only fanmail you get is from children. Is that really true?
- (Laughs) No, it was just a joke. My sister helps me with all my fanmail. Some people are very detailed when they write and that can actually be pretty uncomfortable. But they never send me any photos, Wentworth says and smiles.

About Dominic Purcell:
In "Prison Break" Dominic Purcell plays Wentworth's character's older brother. Wentworth, who always wished he had a brother himself, says that Dominic has everything a younger brother could ask for. "He is big, smart and kicks ass if he has to."

(They also say in the article that Wentworth has one brown eye and one green.)

I am talking about Prison Break’s fresh fish, Michael Scofield (actor Wentworth Miller). All weekend, I did nothing but watched this cute hunk gracing my TV screen. Actually, it’s a DVD I bought somewhere in Divisoria. I am still engrossing myself with Season 1, and hopefully, by end of this week, I’ll have Season 2. Yahoo!!!
